01 · how it works

Three steps, then go to sleep.

You'll spend more time scrolling Instagram than booking us. Map the property, choose a plan, get a confirmation — then forget about it until spring.

Step 01

Draw your driveway and walkways.

Drop a pin on your address, trace the surfaces you want cleared. Takes about 90 seconds. We'll calculate the area and show you the price before you commit.

Step 02

Choose single, seasonal, or on-call.

Single event for a one-time storm. Seasonal contract for set-and-forget all winter. On-call premium for unpredictable schedules and unlimited 2"+ events.

Step 03

We plow before you wake.

Once snow hits 2 inches, our crew is dispatched. You'll get a photo confirmation by 6 a.m. — driveway clear, walkways salted, car not buried.

02 · what's included

Driveway, walkways, salt — not just plowing.

Every visit covers the surfaces you mapped, melts what we can't push, and finishes with a timestamped photo so you don't have to wonder whether we showed up.

01 · driveway plowing

Pushed clean to the asphalt — not a 2-inch crusty layer.

We plow with skid-steer rigs sized for residential driveways: cleaner edges, no torn-up sod, no piles dumped at the foot of the curb. Pavement, not slush.

Trigger threshold 2"+ snowfall
02 · walkway clearing

Front walks, side paths, stairs to the door.

Mapped walkways are cleared by hand with shovels and snow-blowers — wherever a plow can't fit. Steps and landings included by default.

03 · salt + sand

Calcium chloride down to -25°F.

Treats walkways and driveway aprons after every clear.

04 · trigger

2"+ automatic dispatch.

National Weather Service feed — no need to call us when it snows.

05 · proof

Photo confirmation by 6 a.m.

Every clear ends with a timestamped photo to your phone.

03 · plans

Pay per storm, per season, or per anytime.

Three plans. Honest math. No surge pricing during a blizzard. Quotes shown are for an average 2,400 sq ft driveway + 80 ft of walkway in our service area.

04 · service area

Ten towns, west of the harbor.

We work in the inner ring west and northwest of Boston — places where driveways are real driveways, not concrete pads. If your address is in any of these towns, you're covered.

If you're outside this radius, leave your zip on the quote form and we'll let you know when we expand.

Six things people ask before signing.

Real questions from the inbox. Anything else, email us at hi@snowiq.co — we usually reply same day in winter.

  • What's the trigger depth?

Standard plans dispatch automatically when the National Weather Service forecast hits 2 inches at your zip. On-Call Premium drops the threshold to 1 inch, including sub-trigger sleet and ice events you specifically request.

  • What time will my driveway be cleared?

Routes finish by 6 a.m. on the morning after a storm ends. If snow keeps falling past midnight, we'll re-clear before your typical commute window — usually a second pass between 5 and 7 a.m. You'll get a photo when it's done.

  • What if I'm away for the whole storm?

No change. We service the property whether anyone's home or not — just keep cars off the driveway as best you can. Seasonal contracts are paid up front, so a vacation week doesn't lose you anything.

  • Seasonal vs single — how do I decide?

Boston averages 5 to 7 plowable storms per winter. If you book three or more single events at $89, seasonal at $399 is already cheaper — and you stop tracking forecasts. We'll quote both on the form so you can compare.

  • Is salting included or extra?

Walkway salting and driveway-apron treatment are included on every visit, every plan. Heavier ice events get a sand re-treat at no charge on Seasonal and On-Call plans.

  • Can I cancel a seasonal contract?

Full refund through November 15. After that, we pro-rate to the storms we've actually serviced — you only pay for what we plowed. No penalty, no fine print.

One last thing

A snowy morning shouldn't mean a buried car.

Map your driveway in 90 seconds. Lock seasonal pricing before the first storm. Sleep in tomorrow.
